John Blackman comes from the IT world of Microsoft where he managed a Quality Assurance team to deploy several key components of the Xbox Live service, Xbox.com, and Zune Media marketplace. John brings his management experience and passion for quality to West Wind Energy as a project coordinator.

Jason Herre
Associate

Jason has extensive construction experience with large scale projects such as pier retrofitting (No Hands bridge in Auburn, CA), off shore oil platform decommissioning (Belmont Island in Long Beach, CA), and retrofitting a nuclear plant (Limerick Nuclear Plant in Pottstown, PA). Jason brings this knowledge to West Wind Energy as an operational manager.
